Clothing Returns
JesusInMe Unltd. would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit . Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging, tags.
Defective Products
JesusInMe Unltd. Will exchange or credit defective items. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. JesusInMe Unltd. will reimburse shipping charges (up to $10.00) on any item found to be defective.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy.
- Invoice # and Billing Name must be submitted along with the item.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing: returns@jesusinmeunltd.com
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
- All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date.
- Any returns received within a 90 day period, must be an exchange or store credit only.
- All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
All Merchandise must be returned with the following information:
- Valid email and or phone number.
- Items returned: include size, color and price
- Reason for return.
- Indicate to credit back your account. Credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds
- If exchange – please look on the online store and give exact details on new style # description, size, color and price. (If exchange amount is more – Please resubmit credit card info. Including account #, Exp and security code#. Please include billing and shipping address.
